At Taco, education goes well beyond job training. In 1992, the company formally opened the Taco Learning Center at its headquarters in Cranston, RI. Here, and at a second learning center at the company's Fall River, MA, facility, employees and their families can participate in some 45 different courses that range from gauge reading to gardening.
Courses are developed to help employees gain new job skills, improve their general education and learn about government and their citizenship responsibilities.
