Phc News is excited to bring you this exclusive Q&A with John Barba, residential training/ trade program manager, Taco, Inc. John has been a leading advocate and a trailblazer for education and training in the plumbing/hydronics industry.
Phc: How did you get started in the industry?
Barba: I had no choice - I was born into it! Like lots of guys in our industry, my family was in the plumbing and heating business. My dad started the company in 1938 in Harvard, Massachusetts, and my brother and I were destined to work for him. Over the years, two uncles and several cousins worked in the business.
