Taco Issues New Brochure For Its LoadMatch® System


New Brochure Highlights LoadMatch’s Green Building Advantages

CRANSTON, RI, November 18, 2005 – Taco, Inc. has issued an updated version of its LoadMatch® System brochure, providing complete information on the LoadMatch single pipe system for hydronic applications, and specifically for use in Green Buildings.

The new 12-page brochure details the advantages of the LoadMatch system in terms of materials, energy usage, design and installation time savings, and provides complete details and a number of color graphics on the system’s configuration for a variety of buildings and applications.

With the advent of the Green Building movement, the LoadMatch system provides design engineers and developers a “Green” heating and cooling solution for Green Building certification.

Taco maintains that LoadMatch provides better comfort than all-air systems as well as conventional hydronic systems. Because it is an unconventional single pipe system, LoadMatch requires less pipe (about 40% less) and allows for the elimination of control valves and most balancing valves. In addition, the system requires lower pump head and less power to move water through a building.

Taco’s LoadMatch system is supported by the company’s proprietary Hydronic Systems Solution software program. LoadMatch systems have been installed in a wide variety of commercial and institutional buildings across the U.S. and Canada, and in several Green certified buildings.
