Engineering for Sustainability Is Focus of New ASHRAE Program


The American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) has launched a program to emphasize its role as, "the engineering engine that drives sustainability," according to the association.

In addition to a new logo and theme that will be used to identify ASHRAE products and services related to sustainability, the organization launched a new website: www.engineeringforsustainability.org. It is a central location for ASHRAE "green tips," sustainability resources and other association materials relating to sustainability issues.
