“All about You” Campaign Features Company Owner John Hazen White, Jr.

Cranston, RI, April 19, 2006 - Taco, Inc. has launched a new advertising campaign focusing on its valued customers. A series of ads featuring company president John Hazen White, Jr. and Taco employees will soon be appearing in a variety of HVAC trade publications under the banner “It’s all about You.”

The “All About You” campaign puts John White, Jr. front and center in a series of ads that are meant to reinforce Taco’s customer relations. “No other company in the industry has a figure like John White, Jr. at its helm,” says Edward Nowak, president of Sheppard Leger Nowak, Inc. Taco’s marketing communications agency. “John personifies Taco and its commitment to the professionals who specify and install Taco products.”

In the first ad in the series – “493 reputations go into every Taco box. Including mine.” - John White, Jr. is seen boxing circulators straight off the production line. “Customer loyalty is what puts food on our table, which explains why every Taco employee takes quality very personally,” reads the ad copy. “It’s a little something extra we put in every box, no charge.”

Other ads show John White, the third generation owner of the 86 year-old company, behind a wholesalers’ counter, joking with contractors by their truck, handing out donuts to his employees and reviewing blueprints with engineers and installers at a commercial building jobsite. “When it’s your company,” says SLN’s Nowak, “you tend to be engaged at all levels, one-on-one, and that’s what these ads say about Johnny.”

Taco, Inc. is a leading developer and manufacturer of circulators and pumps, valves and smart controls, accessories, heat exchangers, air separators and expansion tanks for use in hydronic heating and cooling systems worldwide. Headquartered in Cranston, RI since 1950, the company also operates manufacturing and sales facilities in Fall River, MA and Ontario, Canada.
